What size of projects do you take on?
From single-building MEP packages to multi-year infrastructure programmes. Every project has a named director accountable for delivery.
Do you work outside Dhaka?
Yes. We have delivered projects in more than 40 districts and run site offices in Chattogram and Gazipur.
How do you price a project?
After a discovery visit we send a fixed-scope proposal with a clear price, timeline and payment milestones.
Can you take over a project that is already running?
Yes. We start with a two-week audit of drawings, schedule and costs, then agree a recovery plan with you.
Do you provide maintenance after handover?
We offer annual maintenance contracts with response-time guarantees for every system we install.
